If they mess around with Sunsinger a lot, they really need to buff the other perks they have.
Solar Wind
Brimstone
Sunburst
Song of Flame
They're just so trash-tier and are a huge contributor to everyone running the same setup.

Solar Wind should have an AoE damage effect like Discharge, but pushes away nearby enemies as well. Brimstone should have a small explosive effect on hit that blinds and damages nearby enemies.

Right? Thise two perks seem useless in PvP atm. Scorch can kill a weak guardian if he's nearby IF you kill his teammate with scorch though

Good point! Personally i think they should add an evade to the perk tree.
