Well no not really... Firebolt you just throw it in someone's area code and they can't fight you for 10-14 seconds, wombo combo has to be thrown twice, accurately, and if the other person is paying attention they can actually get out of the way... You get trapped in a firebolt and there's literally nothing you can do unless you're a Nightstalker

No you just hit both buttons at the same time where the cursor it pointing I've seen and done it plenty it's very simple. And as long as shade step has that simple super op glitch it'll neve balance out. Just fyi if you double jump while a fire bold is coming toward you it bolt to you if you're over it.
