Wombo combo is the only thing op about night stalker, shade step is a little bit but you need to be good with it.

Keen scout allows you to track targets you damage. Oh wait, thats just what the perk says, not what it does.

Wombo comno, shadestep, and keen scout can make a top tier player a god. The same can be said with trilight garrison strikers or a VK/ToF sunsinger.
