They can also shadestep out of firebolts, axion bolts, and tracking rockets. Plus it makes it almost impossible to kill someone who's running with shadestep

Shadestep definitely has some ridiculous advantages. So does warlocks and titans accordingly.

I think it's fair except firebolts shouldn't burn for as long as the do. They need to just do all the damage instantly

I get that the DoT sucks, ive been burned way to many times as well. But the DoT actually allows you a chance to heal, to die you have be shot and burn out, it gives you the chance to survive. If it does all damage at once then sunsingers tactic eill change to rushing, shooting and throwing the grenade and youll die quicker.
