In the world of nerfs thats not applicable. Why do you think tlw, doctrine and mida come up as "op" the most? Bungie has nerfed so many weapons and abilities that others will stand above due to higher ttk/ease of use. If you nerf firebolts then nightstalkers will havr the edge.
