The proper way to nerf it would be to increase base damage to 100 and have it burn for 8 ticks of 3 damage. That way it cannot kill and people arent out of the fight for 1/8th of a trials round.

Keep its damage at 162 and remove burn. But even with burn its not op. By lessening the damage you effectively force people to use stickys.

No im not saying it can ohk people. It shouldn't do the damage it does now. Right now it takes away 75% of your health if you are running max armor. Thats not false 162/215 = .75 It should only be used to keep people weak not to kill. It burns for a low amount of damage however keeps people out of the fight for 8 ticks plus the time it takes to regen. Thats a fair trade off, that way it doesn't damage a stupid amount like right now and it is balanced out.

What does that even mean? How am I back tracking? I am glad that a person corrected my information I was using pre 2.0 information and wasn't accounting for the nerfs.

I tested it before 2.0. Yes thats true, it didn't occur to me to do a second test, since the damage seemed unchanged to me. Perhaps I am a fool for neglecting that, but I am changing my posts and I already made a post saying that I was wrong. I did not lie, I was ill informed by my own neglegance.
