Wombo has to take 2 because of how much it does. Firebolt only does DoT and has range. It also requires 2 perks. Does firebolt remove radar, blind visually, locks abilities, supers, charged melees and jumps, and cut movement speed by 50%?

I did read it, maybe you should change your title to "firebolt vs smoke grenade" if your only argument is the perks of a smoke grenade.
