Also, what about your insta melee shield, I don't think you factored in both classes equally in your argument

Well the nightstalkers melee is far to similar to a grenade and cannot be compared to a physical long range fire punch that grants a shield any mid-high impact gun can break in 1 shot.

Regardless, you're talking about only shotguns so that's a mute point. you increase your health by half just by smacking someone, which burns, And is a one shot during super.

Any mid to high impact hand cannon, scout, pulse, sniper , shotty, fusion, etc will break the shield. By the way 50 hp is a QUARTER of a players health. Please educate yourself.
