Smoke, shadestep, and keen scout are all OP, but nighstalker has worse grenades than most classes (no tracking, no sticky, no frag) and using both shadestep and keen scout require exotic armor. Still, 2 (3) OP things for sub-par grenades are worth it! Nightstalker is definitely OP, just a bit behind the warlocks.

I dont think any class is op, its because of the trade offs that it takes in order to have strong abilities.
