Therefore it is not the killing, but exploration and inquisition that is needed to sate the worm. Thirdly the whole "inverting throne world" thing is massive, even for him, he requires equipment made by his daughters to pull it off (that's the Dreadnought's super-weapon by the way, him getting freaky with space-time) and the first thing we did on the Dreadnought was to smash it up.
