Superman isn't immortal you know, the blast may not kill him but given the sheer power of it and the fact that lasers travel infinitely, it's likely he'd be pushed with it until he exits the currently expanded universe and ceases to exist

  • There is so much wrong with this. Lasers disperse the further they get from the origin point. Also superman is faster then light. Finally, the universe doesn't have a edge as far as we know.

The universe expands constantly, as the matter stretches outwards, we may not be able to find the edge but it's not infinite, to be outside of the universe is to cease existing Just because superman is the speed of light doesn't mean he wouldn't be dragged across by a colossal laser Lasers do dissipate, but not the Star Wars lasers. Which is why lightsabers are impossible
The universe expands constantly, as the matter stretches outwards, we may not be able to find the edge but it's not infinite, to be outside of the universe is to cease existing -------- Proof? -------- Just because superman is the speed of light doesn't mean he wouldn't be dragged across by a colossal laser -------- He can withstand a supernova. http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11120/111200299/4227999-superman_supernova.jpg The Death Star laser will no be a issue. -------- Lasers do dissipate, but not the Star Wars lasers. Which is why lightsabers are impossible
-------- Yes their lasers dissipate, Lightsabers are plasma in a electromagnetic field, not a laser. And fully possible to make.
