Favorite Pokemon Region
Your choice can be for various reasons:
•Favorite overall game happens there.
•Design.
•Backstory.
•Location of the Anime.
•Pokémon introduced there.
I would love to hear which region you choose and your more specific reason on why you favor it over the others.
[spoiler]I'm caught between Hoenn and Sinnoh.
Hoenn is very water focused.
Sinnoh is more focused on the mountain.
Both have great city and world design s.
Unova and Kalos,I have no personal experience with.
Kanto and Johto,You can't mess with the classics but not as good as Hoenn and Sinnoh to me.[/spoiler]

Introduced Blaziken, Sceptile, Swampert, Salamance, Raquaza and Manetric(some of my favorites). I love Kanto too, mostly because my favorite Pokemon is Dragonite, but Hoenn had the best game(Emerald), best Elite 4 and best legendaries

I loved Unova. The Poké Star Studios, Driftveil City's Battle Arena, the overall pokemon you could capture - yay.

It has a nice region, it has the diamond snow easter egg, Dawn and Cynthia are pretty cute, it was the first one I played, it has great music, it's the one that gave us the literal GOD of pokémon, it gave us the most cute legendaries at once, the distortion world is awesome, and of course, the remake hype.

I really liked Johto. It's design is very eastern, and I liked how it was connected to Kanto, plus nostalgia. I'm in the minority, but my runner-ups are [url=http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/thumb/4/42/Unova_alt.png/300px-Unova_alt.png]Unova[/url] & [url=http://media-cerulean.cursecdn.com/attachments/4/847/super__large_kalos_map.jpg]Kalos[/url]. I liked Unova's story and design, and same goes for Kalos.

I liked the overall design of Johto and loved the Pokemon it introduced. [spoiler]Silver master race[/spoiler]

I think that Johto is just kind of the most interesting, with the lore behind Ecruteak and the Gold Tower.

Johto, simply because that's where you start in HeartGold/ SoulSilver, which are two of my most extensively played Pokémon games

Hoenn for nostalgia and I loved the look of all three starters.
