If firebolt was to just do the damage instead of burning you then sure, it won't be as OP but the fact is it takes you out of combat for 12 seconds and gives them a nice window to push you. For Wombos as soon as you step out of it you're good to recover. Secondly firebolt can track while NS have to aim their wombos at you risky exposure. Why would you think both wombo and firebolt are equally OP? We are giving up our melee and grenade charge to actually make it work. The radius on the bloody smoke isn't even as big as the tracking of firebolt grenades

Wombo also does 5 times the effrcts of a firebolt. Firebolt only does long range damage with DoT AND it cant even kill you Wombo takes away radar, blinds visually, both grenades do damage, cuts movement speed by 50% and also locks abilities, grenades, supers and jumps.
