I like how as of late Sunsingers are now Overpowered. I've been using this 'OP' build since I maxed out the Sunsinger subclass back in week one. You know what I never heard back in year one? People complaining about it being too good. But now people are complaining well after the Firebolt nerf? K.

Well part of it is that a lot of people used thorn back then and using thorn canceled or wouldn't allow for the grenade to place a dot of the player already used thorn. The time to kill was a bit lower making it not quite as big of a deal as it is now. God forbid they had beought thorn back in 2.1 it would be even worse because they allow for those burns to stack now
-
Honestly the only reason why no one really complained about it was because sunsingers became more popular as a pvp class when trials came out. Before trials most warlocks chose to be void walkers because blink was amazing and it was easier to get kills with a novabomb.

This, not only that. We sacrifice two subclass perk slots to make the nades decent
-
I wouldn't say it's much of a sacrifice though, from what I remember, if you didn't choose Viking's Funeral and the other one, you're essentially using 'meh' perks. If people are so upset about those two perks, I think the other options should have better synergy with the subclass. That would make more options and could possibly encourage Sunsingers to use something else.

Come on, you cant down play nightstalker only to bolster your point by negating our arguments with thr same logic you applied to your own class.

Bruh.... wombo combo takes two charges and two perk slots -_-

Im pretty sure lockdown is all you need Eitherway, smoke still does more status effects then anynade/melee in thr game. You cant doen play its effectiveness.
-
Lockdown and venom I think it's called. It adds toxin to smoke that damages enemies trapped inside.
-
.... so now ours requires 3 perks, i was unaware that selecting the melee perk itself was viable as somethingn to claim.
-
Yeah but that's completely separate. Your melee charge isn't used in conjunction with your grenade to use one attack.

That's how it goes man. Mida wasn't OP in year 1 yet somehow now it is. Snipers weren't OP in year 1 yet somehow now they are. That's how people are

I think that both subclasses are balanced by them all having drawbacks BUUUUT to consider one op is to also consider the other.
