So as the title says, I am having an issue with a calcified fragment being considered collected. I did collect the Hateful Verse Fragment but on multiple websites that track it and as well as the destiny website, it is considering it not collected. I am wondering why the heck it isn't giving me the completion/collection of the fragment. Anyone else having this issue with this particular one or any of them in general? Please lmk! I'm so close to my ToM!
