It will NEVER OHK. There are 4-5 other grenades that do more and 3 that are OHK. Smoke is the only grenade in the game capable of doing the damage it does while blinding you visually, removing radar, locking abilities/jumps/melees/supers AND cutting movement speed by 50%.. <----- thats balanced but firebolt (being the only grenade like it is) is op? Get educated and come back.

  • It DOESNT matter that there are other grenades that are OHK or that it doesnt do as much damage as some other grenades. This issue with firebolt is the amount of time it takes to do its full damage. You are absolute for 10-14 seconds and they only thing that can save you from that is picking up an orb, challenging with red death while you are burning, or running into a titan bubble with blessings or armor. On top of that it auto targets 3 people 8m away. The whole point of nerfing them was so they wouldnt do as much damage but they stealth buffed viking funeral to where the only real effect of the nerf they got was 11% less range where as arcbolt is nowhere near where it was Im not downplaying anything about nightstalker. The smoke grenade is strong but what you are doing is overplaying the ease at which wombo combo is effectively done and seem to be overlooking the fact that it is a grenade and melee charge. Its not just taking up tree perks, it's taking up tree perks and requiring both grenade and melee to be charged at the same time while landing both of them right next to each other, and you probably arent going to kill them if you dont stick them with the smoke grenade. the smoke grenade also has depreciating effects the farther away you get from the center of the smoke. Nightstalker is good in a skilled players hands. Sunsinger is good in everyones hands
