[PS4] Final Act - The Place to Play/Learn PVP

Final Act was an idea I had a few months ago. It was something I thought about in the spur of a moment and in the hopes of keeping it safe, I made the group to keep it from being Taken (Destiny humor...). Today though, I want to put it to use... Final Act was meant to be a competitive PVP clan for skilled players on the rise, but now i'm seeing the potential for it to become a safe place for players to learn about the crucible. Final Act is seeking two types of players. Teachers and Students. At the end of the day everyone is a student, even myself, but the difference will be that Teachers have achieved a particular level of knowledge and skill in the crucible, while students are experiencing the learning process of attaining that knowledge and skill. I myself started off Destiny completely new to FPS games. Other than a little Battlefield, Destiny, for all intensive purposes, was my first FPS game that I threw myself into and absolutely loved. I had a rough start initially with PVP, but with time and friends, I grew a liking towards it. Since I've started improving myself, I have learned so much and my stats have been raising thus far. I understand what it's like to start with very little and force your way out of the hole you're in to excel in Destiny's PVP, and I want this clan to be that helping hand that helps you realize your potential. While learning the ways of the crucible, i would also like this clan to be a place for competitive gameplay. Playing sweats and scrims to learn what it's like to play at a high level of skill, and see what it takes. And if we grab the numbers, maybe push into the competitive scene. However this clan isn't going to be another 100+ PVP clan. If anything it'll be at a max of 30. I want the members to know their teammates and learn their playstyles. Team chemistry will be a strong focus, especially in 3v3 modes, but we will cover all aspects of the crucible (6v6, 3v3, trials, rumble, etc.) and help you learn ways to succeed. Here are some minimum requirements for joining: - Plays regularly and is willing to learn/teach - US timezone preferable but not necessary - Age 15+ - Willing to join a discord chat - Willing to support players who youtube and stream on occasions - Participates in clan activites such as scrims and possible clan montages For the most part, the requirements are pretty simple. I mainly ask that you are active in playing destiny and that you have an earnest interest in getting better at PVP. Its tough to help someone get better when they don't have the intentions, so if you wish to join, make sure that you really want to learn. If you are interested in joining, I suggest leaving a comment below with your Gamertag, Timezone, Experience with Destiny, whether you want to be a teacher or a student, and anything else that you feel is relevant. If your post seems promising and is well-received I will reply to it and send you a friend request over PSN to have a chance to play together. I normally like to meet people before i let them into clans so as to introduce them to someone in the clan, and explain more about what I plan for this clan to be. If you have any other questions about the clan feel free include them as well in your post or send to me as a private message. One last note, I am currently the only member of the clan, so Recruitment is strong right now. I'm looking to add as many players as possible so even if you don't think this clan would be for you, feel free to still post a comment. Final Act - Let us finish the story for you...

 • Hey! That really sounds like a good initiative! I'm a gamer from childhood on, being 34 now. I played from Nintendo to now ps4. Mainly rpgs and thats what drew me towards destiny too. I played a lot of pve and started pvp last summer. This was my first online competitive experience. I grew from scratching to get 1 kill to a positive kd. I switched from shotty to sniper a few months ago and am learning that at the moment. Im happy with the things i learned a long the way and the level im at now. But I know there are still a lot of steps still to take in which i have still to learn, like map awareness, targeting, quickly evaluating situations, and i feel that the best way in doing so i through initiatives as yours. My PSN is Thegreyorc and id like to learn in your clan. My nationality is Belgian, I play often. Hope to hear from you. Greetz, Bjorn.
