Question. Im looking to buid a PC and i checked how good the build im thinking of doing is (im following a cheap but very good YouTube build by Austin Evans). The CPU is 2% less powerful then the minimum processor needed to run the division. My only question is would i still be able to play at 30FPS+? I wont mind playing at low setting at 720p.
