Bump Greed and self pity. If they didn't rush destiny and waited befor signing in with Activision or not signing on with Activision. This game can be the utopia the ppl who quit and got fired from bungie as well as its community wanted!

They added the clause to the E.U.L.A. when TTK released specifically requiring you to agree not to sue them.

EULA does not allow them to falsely advertise, which is what this would constitute. EULA is not Captain America's shield, protecting them from anything, they still have to abide by the law.
