Normally I would point out that something being in the Armory is by no means a promise, nor does it mean an item has to release with a particular expansion or date . . . but they did show these exotics in the trailer advertising TTK and failed to deliver on it. Might be unintentional, but I think that counts as false advertisement. I have not read the interview, but if he really did promise 6 new exotics per class at launch, than Bungie has failed to deliver part of the product we paid them for.
I understand that things can change during the course of development, and it might be difficult to make certain exotics work, but it would be better to have an open dialogue about if/when it's coming.

This - Well said guardian. I am not as sore about it as most seem to be - but they did advertise with those specific items, they hyped it with those things and ATM none of the ones we are "missing" are available. So I think there should be a reason why/ why not and also the fact that we should be getting this stuff in-game eventually. It'd make a great [u]April Fools !![/u] if they instagram'd those tomorrow tho.

this. I can fully understand and accept how along the road to *attempting* to release these exotics - problems occurred which prevented their release. I am fine with that. I work for a major industrial company and I know all too well how- well, simply - shit happens. However- it should be communicated to your customer. "hey folks, we realize releasing a warlock helm that improves blink will straight break the shit out of this current PVP experience, and our current coding framework has made it a challenge to balance this, so we decided to hold this back until we can fully code it into the next-gen platform and the release of Destiny 2. We apologize for this but we want to keep everyone's experience as balanced as possible and for now this is our only realistic option." I am *still* going to play this game. and I am still fully intending to buy subsequent DLC's, and D-2. I am also getting on the bandwagon that this is bullshit, give us some goddamned answers. So what if you have to eat some humble pie. I find it seriously hard to believe that the PR relations will be worsened by some humble pie when you have a PR relations issue on your hands as it is with this .. DEAFENING SILENCE!!!!

"I'll make sure that it's put on the list and pass it along to the developers". The catch all phrase of the decade. Much like "whatever", "fine" and "okay" when you are having a discussion with your significant other. Simply means that you have been tuned out and are free to shut up. bungle is setting the standard of what not to do as a company.

if its to difficult to implement what they thought htey would hve it is there responsibility to make changes to them or come up with alternatives to deliver on the promise of 6 new exotics per class..
