Fusion Rifles were nerfed into the ground.
They are simply satire as the other person said.
Anyone that is serious (highly doubtful) are retarded
Plan C was one of the most fun weapons to use. Now you'd be luck to get a kill with it even with its exotic perks

Plan c is still bad ass. Fusions are the most balanced weapons in the game. They reward a skilled user. And they are not forgiving.

I'll hit all my projectiles with a fusion most times and still not get the kill. IB may have worked more so due to light enabled play lists and having higher light level could give you that slight boost to damage you need to get the kill. There are videos of fusion rifle projectiles connecting with enemies and doing no damage. A bug if you will. Not saying this is my particular situation but I do know that it's an issues I've heard often for frequent FR users

I rocked my Y2 Plan C all of last Iron Banner, and I was getting ridiculous kills with it. :x
