As long as there is an EULA, we can't do anything. They can falsely mislead the consumer without any recourse. How do they rate with the BBB. That's where those complaints should go as well as to your console service provider. Complain to PS or MS that you were misled, sold an incomplete game. Threaten to discontinue service if they allow this behavior from any company. It is your right if you are dissatisfied. If enough people complain and especially start talking refunds or cancelling service then maybe it will change.
