It was back when ttk was getting advertised in one of the streams. Bungie said with the ttk we would have 18 new exotics.

Ok thanks. That is definitely a misstep on their part if they never release the weapons and don't ever address their mistake.

Think it should be pretty obvious now, that just because something is said on a live stream shouldn't nessisarily be taken as gospel. They have had to post corrections in the last 2 updates.
