Whenever you go to see a film of some sort, there can always be some tactic or two that the director uses and you disagree with. So, I ask, what is your least favorite cop out in film?
Mine would be: Plot Armor, sticking your protagonist/antagonist in an situation in which other background characters fail, only to have them succeed for the sake of the plot.

A main male protagonist doing most of the work, a female protagonist is also capable, but only included for the sake of being a sex toy- I mean love interest. Oh they hate each other at first? There is no way they are going to be banging- oh sike, just kidding. At least be honest and make it only about sex, or heck, their sex interest doesn't have to be another main protagonist character. Plot armor, main protagonist not dying or dying only for epic reasons or a heroic death at the end. Antagonists always dying or losing at the end. Happy or bitter-sweet endings in general are getting annoying. Shootouts where no one (except the protagonists) can hit anyone. Countless people can die in an instant if wanted unless you know who they are, then of course they get plot armor.
