They do you're right all the time mid development but not when that content has featured in a trailer a month before release and in this case the exotics featured in the armoury the same time as everything else.
You don't seem to see my point. My point is that there is no fair reason to not give us what were sold when said items are finished. But of course I wouldn't expect a mindless fanboy like yourself to understand that. Oh and I'm not saying that off this post but off several other posts I've seen you reply to in the past. Do everyone in this subforum a favour and please shut up ;) Thanks
I blast Bungie all the time, so if you have looked at my previous posts I don't see how you reached that conclusion.
I think you missed my point, which is... Who cares? Honestly, exotics don't change up the gameplay as much as I would have thought, and I certainly don't think a lot of them are worth using in the first place. Thagomizers, for example.. Couldn't care less about those.
Most people are using the same couple exotics armor pieces per class, anyway, and that will remain true whatever they add.

For me personally it's not the fact that I want to use those exotics that bug me, it's the fact that they were advertised to be in the DLC yet they aren't.

Especially ones with patches. Things get pushed back or scrapped entirely. I think the game has plenty of exotics right now, anyway. As far as armor goes, there's a few popular ones for each class, a few others that see situation use, and then the rest are used seldom if ever.

It's more that exotics are collectables and the new ones shown looked cool. Its more just plain confusing why they haven't been released - along with all the shaders, emblems and TTK ship we've all seen but can't obtain in the kiosks since SEPTEMBER 2015. What gives?

But they don't even show up there as far as I know, so they shouldn't be affecting anyone that's after finishing off a collection. I gotta be honest - among all the games I've played, I care about how my Guardian looks the least of any of them. I never see myself except in the inventory screen or the tower, and almost never notice what anyone else is wearing. Besides, what if they suck but look good? Is anyone really going to swap around whenever they go into the tower, so the other (maximum) 15 people can "ohh" and "ahh" over it? What a waste of time.

The emblems, shaders and ship are visible in the kiosks and the exotics are visible are in the armoury. So they are in the game, but they're not available. And that's why people are annoyed. As for the look of your character - I think that's massively important! If it was just about getting the gear you NEED (in the context of 'needing' anything in a video game!) as opposed to the gear you WANT then the game would be a lot simpler. Have you never stumbled across a guardian and thought 'wow that shader is cool, where do I get it?' or seen an emblem and thought 'wow that guy has the scarab emblem, he must be a big deal in the crucible'? These are the things that keep 90% of the Destiny population interested in grinding over, and over, and over. I know I often put on different bits of armour because they look cool and it's a balance between stats and being an OG.

The look of my characters vary in importance from game to game. I cared more in WoW because some weapons and armor sets looked great, and because you could make yourself very unique and show off to, well, a lot of players. But the armor in Destiny doesn't look that different overall to me, so it's hard to be unique. There's much less emphasis on sets (and less sets), and there's nobody to show off to anyway since the maximum players is 16 in the Tower, and the Tower is boring.

I know what you mean - it's a bit limited cosmetic wise. The new chroma system is a bit of a gimmick. More shaders and armour sets would be fine. Yes Bungie said those bits were locked - it took them 5 months to confirm this though!
