Nope, WRONG. Actually you're right we won't get it, see the end of my response, you're wrong as to the why...
A straight up vanity/transmog system could have been a reality as far back as the 'helmet on toggle' update....it's really that simple. The real reason is that when/if we do get any resembling what the OP suggests will be when it can be monetized.
