Attention all forum users!
Hey all, I just wanted to create this topic to remind you of something.
Bungie has a report function on the website for any post. If you have an issue with a post, then you can easily report it, and the ninjas will be alerted to it.
I personally report anyone who is an asshole or blatantly insults others. For example, if someone uses the term "kid" to insult someone, especially if the someone being insulted is not a kid at all, I will report them for insults/disrespect.
It's a useful system and can be used to keep the people who are abusive, rude, and bigoted from being free to do as they please.
Report people, even if it normally would not offend you, I assure you that someone is affected by insulting, bullying, and cruelty. Be respectful and I won't have issues with you, but if I see someone bullying or even trolling, I report on the spot.
Also, if my name makes you think I'm kidding, try me. I will report anyone who is disrespectful and unhelpful, as is my right as a member of this community. I don't often make serious posts, but this is a serious post.
It's 1:53 am, and I think it's time to sleep. The minimal legit discussion in this thread proves my point. Please, do everyone a favor, and stop being an ass to your fellow men and women.

Reporting players like that is the best thing. people need to realize this is a community!! We respect each other. We all here for the same reason enjoying playing Destiny. If you have one completion on something, low grim, low kd we all like doing something in destiny not subject to one activity thats why this game is great its creative and you can make any path you want

Edited by ZionFury7: 4/3/2016 2:35:25 AMThis post is very admirable, but the only way this forum can keep from being toxic to one another is to ban it all together from the app and just make it strictly for #1 weekly bulletins without any commentary portion, #2 organizing inventory & checking on gamer stats and #3 Grimiore Cards accessibility. If Bungie had a problem with the way the community treated each other, they would have already eliminated this community a very long time ago. Deej and Co. thrive off the passion from the people on the forums, but sadly I think they thrive off the negativity that arises from the way too passionate salty knuckle heads on this forum as well..........

2 RepliesExcept the ninjas won't do anything to someone's post or reply if it's just "kid" "get good" or childish insults. They just set and laugh at you for reporting replies like that. They only focus on replies that are insulting people in a vulgar way with nasty language. But if someone calls you kid I assure you nothing will happen except ninjas laughing at you.

My finger is constantly hovering the block and report buttons. Dunno if it does anything but it takes just a second. I'd call your parents and tell them you're being naughty on the internet if I could, but I'll have to settle for the ninjas.

Got banned for the word desticle even though the guy called me a fag. Reported it and nothing happened....ninjas pick and choose who to ban for critetia that makes no sense.
