Snipers definitely need an adjustment. I say knock those hardscoping fools out of scope on a headshot and delay scope in to remove close combat quickscoping.
Problem solved...those of us actually good at sniping (not using a sniper as a primary) will be fine.
Scrubs will move to the new meta.
