Anyone who ground up Fusion double kills for that Y1 bounty that had Vex likely make the majority of the 15K+ voters.
I personally didn't really use 'em (save Vex and QBB) save for the second Iron Banner with Plan C, a bi' with my ol' Purifier. That said since last IB they've been my go-to.
