I realized I had gotten too fat...130 pounds and 5'4 as a 15 year old. So today marks my first day and my goal is 4 months to see how things go. If I like the way I feel (which I probably will) I'll do it for many more months and maybe years. So any tips? Are any of you out there on a diet?

If you can diet your can workout, and there is a saying with paleo. "You can't pr on paleo" Paleo is not a good diet for those trying to pack on muscle. I only bring this up because you said youre 15 and you might play sports. You should do more research paleo diet is like a scary movie; not for everyone.
