I have a Blue Skull I got from festival of the lost. I wanna be able to use It in Iron Banana and Trials Of Osiris, and Strikes and Raids. Its an awsome looking piece and I wanna be able to wear it and not incur any hinderance, I don't see why it's an issue. With the taken armour coming, I think it should be possible. I suggest that we can "infuse" a legendary helmet into a Festival Of Lost mask and it takes its light level and perks the first time you do it. I really wanna be able to wear that skull :D
