Community Focus "Nomination"

I'm hoping that I can give a shoutout to (Xbox One Gamertag) Mi5ha360 for an upcoming Community Focus. She's an admin of the Dames of Destiny, and I feel she deserves the spotlight because of what I'm about to say. I'm a senior in high school, and I have to complete a senior project. My project is on video games and my fieldwork is to create a YouTube channel and create videos of the time I spend with various people playing/interviewing. I want to understand the opinions of all sorts of people, gamers or not. I got in touch with the Dames, hoping to maybe spend an afternoon with some members and ask them questions. I wanted to learn what life was like as a female gamer so I could understand a viewpoint I can't experience myself. My idea was to organize a night where I could raid with some members and have a discussion, just throw around some questions. I was able to get ahold of Michelle, who goes by Misha, and she was extremely helpful from the get-go. She helped me organize the event (Which was yesterday, Sunday the 3rd), she got ahold of other Dames mentors and got them to participate, she answered every question I threw at her with confidence, a sense of humor, and enthusiasm that I didn't expect from someone who was helping me out of charity. Here's where the real kicker is: I didn't record any of the evening. I forgot to turn on my game capture and didn't have any gameplay to make a video out of. I was stressing because I knew I wouldn't have much to show for my fieldwork time and my final project would be very lackluster. Misha, however, stepped in. She was able to plan another session for the very next day (today the 4th) with most of the same mentors and one new one who stepped in to help. We basically rerecorded everything, except instead of Iron Banner, we did VoG and Crota. I have Misha to thank for all of this. She basically brought everybody together for me, she helped keep the discussions going, every answer she gave was thorough and sincere. She told me she's willing to help with anything else I might need from her at any point, all I have to do is shoot a message her way. She's a great member of the Destiny community and was truly a pleasure to work with, which is why I feel she deserves to be recognized. Thanks for reading, Walrus
