2 Titan emblems. One being that I can get the striker quest to show up for some reason. And make the vanguard smile quest I've had sitting since ttk came out.

Have you checked the lost quest kiosk in the hall of vanguard's?

Yup, hundreds of times. Happened with the bladedancer subclass too but one day it just showed up.
