You need to commit. Grab the hawkmoon. Run at the enemy, control tip is good . don't worry about kd just always be shooting , less tactical, more shooty shooty. No grenades or anything.

I have an Eyasluna with Rangefinder, Braced Frame and Hidden Hand. Is that a better option since Hawkmoon was nerfed?

Hawk was nerfed, but it is still fine . Any hand cannon that feels right to you will work however. It really is just a matter of committing to dying a lot just to get the kills required. For me it was the auto rifle kills, took me way too long to get it done. Control is good because you know where the enemy is going to be, plus you can poach kills if teammates are there by "assisting". good luck.
