Tbh it's mainly Bungie's fault for killing them in pve. All sunsinger needs is a nerf to viking funeral, and all stormtrance needs is a nerf on transcendance. If that isn't enough bungie can nerf a bit more in the next patch, but currently when it comes to nerfs, Bungie just destroyed the item the are nerfing instead of slowly bring it down to balanced. Those 2 nerfs I mentioned above wouldn't hurt their pve power much. (It will suck to see transcendance lowered)
