Its a pokemon with 1 health that has an abilty called wonder guard which protects it from taking any damage that isn't super effective

The anime and games are different universe. Although it doesn't matter because just because the ability exist doesn't mean it is invincible. So unless it has taken planet busting attacks before, we won't assume it can.
