Actually, the first step is to use the proper sentence structure; you clearly have no idea what that means so I'm going to let you look it up in the dictionary or an English textbook.
Fragmented sentences are also not justified by making it ask a question, mind you. You might want to try to spell [b]asshole[/b] right as well.
