That's not how it works. If you repeatedly hit a tank with a BB gun it will eventually break though (although it will take many many BBs). But this is not multiple hits, this is a laser with 53 quadrillion megatons of energy. Being able to survive a few cannon balls doesn't mean it take trillions, and it certainly doesn't mean anything when compared to the super laser.
