Yeah it made no sense to limit the drops in crucible and inventory as well.

Right? And on top of that the ammo cap reduction is just a blanket pve nerf. Doesn't even effect the crucible too much.

Very true because if you're running around crucible with the ammo capped then there's no way you're using that much special.
