Sniper inventory reduced by 5-7 shots. That's freaking huge!
Let's talk math(exciting I know lol)
If I have 23 rounds max on my stillpiercer, with boots on and all.
For simplicity sake let's say to a pve boss I do a flat 1000 per hit.
23x1000=23000
Now with hit to ammo lets use avg and say 6 rounds removed
18
17x1000=17000
That is a 26% reduction in potential damage (over a quarter)
That's horrible, and a bad call please bump and comment maybe someone will see this
Edit, I have never trended before so thanks to all
Edit 2, near 1500 replies thanks I've never had over 20 before lol so thanks to all and be careful out there in the update

You know, I get sniped a decent amount in PvP, but it is nothing crazy. You have that tell tale red gleam to give you the heads up & if you have learned how to quickscope, then by the power of cheese, you have earned it(nope, I can't do it). Y1, I used Icebreaker a lot, but that was mainly due to the ammo regeneration, since I was on the PS3 & to get into my inventory for reserve ammo would only take 2-3 years (as a matter of fact, I think I am still loading up my inventory screen against the Archon Priest.) I would typically switch over to my LDR-5001 when I needed to make critical shots, because I found it to be a far superior sniper rifle than Icebreaker. Hell, if it was not for my sniper rifle, I would probably have not even bothered trying to solo missions with my Hunter. I still remember my first time in VoG. My buddy wanted to get us experienced with the oracles before we did a full run that weekend. He knew I could snipe, so he convinced everyone to let me stay on the ledge. My instructions where simple, kill every hobgoblin before they can hurt us down below, then swap to your scout & cover us until the hobs re-spawn. I did it & I also helped take out the oracles, after it was explained to me that they were the glowing boxes & not a certain enemy that I was looking for, lol. (I did not know that you could prep yourself with YouTube videos back then, I am old & we did not have that marvelous youtube back in the day, lol). So all told, I agree, this was a stupid move. For a company that does seem to listen to its players, they sure do seem to listen to the wrong ones.
