The patch notes weren't exactly clear on this, but I believe it outlined the fact that you can move earlier while being revived (may be reading it wrong though)

Nerfed the overshield recieved upon revive. Nerfed time to be revived. Increased headshot multiplier on res overshield to ensure that not just one arctype of SR can res snipe. Moving faster be damned this is just not okay. Say goodbye to those clutch pve/pvp revives everyone.

until we have hard details/testing it may not make much difference. Could just be 1 damage archetype down that can now res snipe.

More clutch meaning that reviving your teamate ends in you both die than yes that is way more clutch.
