Good call in pvp not in pve this will force players to use primarys more in crucible which is what bungie wanted all along but of course they forget about those that do mostly pve so good job and bad job bungie you fixed one thing and broke something else

Unless you're hoarding sniper ammo this nerf will do barely anything to pvp. PvE will be hit way harder which is unfair.
