With Gjallahorn gone everyone is going to want high impact snipers for the new p.o.e. content.
This is a secret pve nerf. To inflate difficulty.[/quote]
Yes, I agree, they are doing this to make POE artificially hard.
Remember the old black hammer? No wonder they nerfed it before kings falls. Warpriest and golgaroth would be shaking in their boots at a full team with the old black hammer.
They are making these changes to make it more difficult, what Bungie doesn't understand is each time the are pissing more people off.
I used to be a huge defender of their balances, and I couldn't understand how people where getting so pissed off about the changes, now I know.
I am now one of the people really, really upset, because I feel like they are truly ruining their game. Maybe it's because I liked this game so much, that's why I'm so mad.
To the people defending the changes, I respect you, because I was exactly like you. Never in a million years did I think I would end up "on the other side", but here I am. I also think it's only a matter of time before something trips the switch for you, and you say "enough is enough of this bullshit".
Why nerf the thorn more, especially if they aren't bringing it to year two? Does anyone remember the old thorn, that was complete shit? They buff it, becomes a crucible go to weapon (even though my buddy was using the MIDA way back then), gets nerfed, left in year one, then nerfed again.
Bungie: WTF are you doing? I think your company has lost touch with reality. Quit giving us things that are fun to use, then nerf them into oblivion or leave them behind. Is this some big social experiment or what, because I'm confused as hell about your "fixes "
Don't ever, ever, take power away from your players, it makes it feel like your punishing them.
They better have an explicit plan detailed for part 2. I'm not giving Bungie another fu King dime, unless they fix all of this bullshit.

It's damage for pve was increased but not for pvp. Thorn was doing the same damage in crucible since day one. They never buffed the damage of it for crucible. And I know because I used it. Other then that, I agree.
