It depends on how much they increased special ammo drops from enemies in pve. If it's a decent increase this could compensate for us pve players. As it stands right now I've gone strikes where I don't see special drop until half way through. Or entire segments of the raid and not having it drop

We all have seen that in Strikes. Which is why I always try and have 30 to 40 Special and Heavy Ammo synth in my inventory

I do as well but you see my point. They need to increase it to counteract losing the 5-7 shots you could normally hold.

I can see that in PvE and I do believe somewhere in the Twitch feed they said more would drop in PvE to counter the reserve loss.
