Never dated a white girl. Much to the dismay of my entire family.
English
-
If I end up eating a black girl, I dread the day I show her to my maternal grandmother.
-
Eating* kek
-
Darn this stupid auto-correct!
-
Yea, I always have gotten dirty looks when ever I would bring them to family gatherings. And when I got married, nobody above the age of 30 came from my family.
-
I don't think many of my maternal relatives would show up if I was marrying a black girl, but my parents, brother and my fraternal relatives would still most likely show up if they could. I am sorry to hear your wedding wasn't as good as it should have been. (Family politics is a dreadful thing)
-
It's all good. It's still my family. It's just sometimes people hold onto old wounds. Either way, that marriage didn't last long, she wasn't the most loyal of people. I also think we were both too young to be married.

Irish Catholic family. There was alot of racial tension in my hometown.
-

-
Well my generation has be a little more accepting of it. I still have a few cousins and a couple brothers that stuck to the old ways. Part of the reason I never moved back to Mass.
