Why would one exclude malice? Doesn't make any sense if snipers are nerfed

Because it is only viable on non immune parts of the raid if a exploit to extend the users health is present,hinging on one class being present and alive for that time, malice regularly would be the worst thing to use for golgoroth and warpriest.
