So basically what you are saying is...that if you reduce the total ammo you can carry by 25% then you reduce your highest potential damage by 25%? That makes no sense at all...must be some of that new common core math.

Don't bullets affect damage? Less to shoot less to damage right? Honestly without sarcasm. I want to be accurate if possible.
