Who could survive a direct hit from the Death Star?

1. No reality warpers of people who can phase through objects.
2. No gameplay mechanics allowed.
3. Please provide proof for whoever you choose.
4. Redirecting the attack does not count. They need to survive being directly hit by it.

Edited by D1sturb3d100: 4/10/2016 8:47:07 AMHyperion from Marvel (Earth 13034 version specifically here). He survived the destruction of his reality when it collided with another. I guess Superman too. Hyperion is really just a copy of Superman.
