Another thing that's gonna ruin PvE because of changes to PVP... I think secretly they saw the methods for killing bosses in in the raid, snipers.... Giving you less ammo, means you'll run out quicker, there by artificially increasing the difficulty of the encounter.

Or you could, you know, use a machine gun or Sleeper Simulant. Nothing is being artificially inflated.
