This will never happen. Cause then they can't make you grind for your old gear again.

You don't think people would grind old content for old aesthetics? Personally I think it would engage players to make efforts on playing old raids and grinding for those nostalgic items.

I do think people will grind for old aesthetics and Bungie is aware. That's why the old gear is released to grind for again. I just don't think Bungie will ever just give us the aesthetic when they can rerelease content.

You are absolutely right Mike, it would actually render all, ALL the old activities relevant...don't listen to the haters...it's my opinion that it's (transmog) is not already in this game because they (bungievision) have not yet fully worked out how to monetize it...

My idea would be: If we had a one time event to transmog a suit of armor. Then followings the event, eververse would sell random pre made suits. Players would have a week or two to grind the quest from Eva Lavante and be presented tools to transmog any piece of armor. After the event ends the only way to transmog would have to be through silver purchases. Win win for everyone!
